Sanjeev Verma is the Executive Director of Black Box Limited (formerly AGC Networks Ltd). He is also the President and CEO of Black Box Corporation (100% subsidiary of Black Box Ltd) since its acquisition by Black Box Ltd in 2019.
As Executive Director, he is focused on leading the organization toward its vision to be the leading global IT solutions provider known and trusted for our customer-centric approach, commitment to customer success, and continuous innovation.
Sanjeev strongly believes in the philosophy of think globally (as our clients do) but act locally where our relationships exist. He is focused on Black Box’s philosophy of accelerating customer’s business through a relentless focus on nurturing Relationships, continuing to stay Relevant in the marketplace, and delivering Results aligned to the client organization.
Over his successful 12-plus year stint at Black Box, Sanjeev has served as CEO (Americas) & President of International Operations where he led the worldwide business and P&L (except India); was earlier the President & Executive Director responsible for overall P&L & growth strategies; and Executive Vice President of Global Sales & Business Operations where he was responsible for global sales & business operations and instrumental in building the company's global expansion strategies.
Sanjeev is a seasoned technology veteran with more than two decades of extensive global experience in the Information Communications Technology (ICT) sector. He has a highly successful track record in the areas of business operations, sales & marketing, consulting, M&A and start-up operations. He is a visionary with a deep understanding of diverse global geographies and his resilient leadership has been a key contributor to the company’s success and global expansion.
Prior to joining Black Box, Sanjeev held management positions at Wipro, 3D Networks (acquired by Wipro in 2006) & Global Tele Systems both in the United States & internationally. He is based in Dallas, Texas.
Deepak Kumar Bansal joined Black Box in 2019 as part of the acquisition of Black Box by AGC Networks. As our Global Chief Financial Officer, Deepak is responsible for leading financial operations and strategic initiatives globally including fund raising, business control, and corporate governance. He is a seasoned finance executive and business enabler with over 23 years of extensive experience across various industry verticals. Deepak holds a Bachelor of Commerce with honors in Accounting, Business and Statistics, as well as Chartered Accountant (CA) and Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) designations.
Mahua Mukherjee joined Black Box in 2019, as part of the acquisition of Black Box by AGC Networks. She is responsible for the strategic human resources function in India, APAC, and MEA.
Mahua has over 20 years of HR management experience, of which more than 10 years have been in a senior HR leadership role with a strategic, operational, and country-wide focus. She has been associated with multinational and large organizations such as Capgemini and Reliance Infocomm, an organization with a global presence across Europe, North America, Middle-East, and Asia Pacific regions.
Mahua's expertise includes HR strategy with competency and capabilities in building practices and retention programs and initiatives. She specializes in directing and leading the full spectrum of strategic and operational human resources activities and processes with a keen focus on business model pyramid, manpower planning, succession planning, and performance management. Mahua holds an MBA in Personnel Management and HR.
Jayantha has over 25 years of experience in the Technology domain and has been in the forefront of driving innovation to transform various business and keeping them relevant in the ever changing IT & business landscape.
He have lived through Essar’s journey from a small organization to becoming a globally recognized Conglomerate with diversification into multiple verticals.
As CIO of Essar Group, Jayantha established the technology vision and transformed various business processes across the globe by adopting Digital & cloud solutions, mobility and analytics to drive business metrics and growth. Jayantha sits on the Customer and business advisory board of various global technology companies.
He is a recipient of many awards like CIO 100, Top 10 CIO of India, Global CIO, CIO Power List etc. Jayantha has featured in several articles in leading magazines as well as in various International media. He has also been invited by the Indian Government & prestigious institutions as an expert on various panels like “Govt. of India interaction with Bhutan” among others.
Jayantha is known for his strong blend of leadership as he successfully manages teams across the globe. Continuing his association within the group, Jayantha heads the India Business at AGC Networks.
He has done his masters from Southern New Hampshire University, US.
He is a Sales and Business Development professional with a techno-commercial background. He has more than 17 years of experience in enterprise communications across Voice, Video & Data Sales.
Abhinav is having a strong hold in Enterprise Communications and Telecom sales. He is expertise in large account management, sales management, forecasting and market segmentation.
Prior to this role, he was spearheading North India regional operations for AGC Networks with an overall responsibility for pre-sales, sales, implementation and commercial operations. AGC has seen massive success in the region which has contributed to its growth in revenues and profitability.
Abhinav brings with him strong leadership skills to the table as he has mentored teams to think outside the box to create value propositions for clients based on SPIN & KAM strategies.
Abhinav is an Electronics and Telecommunications engineer.
Bhavin brings with him more than 22 years of leadership experience across various mid-size & large organizations. He has an accomplished track record of building business units in Systems Integration & OEM organizations.
He has earlier played crucial role in setting up and developing a BU with holistic strategy like business development, P&L ownership, Team building and Alliance management.
Bhavin is passionate about building BU's around new age technology such as Cloud, SDN, Data Center, Cyber Security, Digital Transformation etc. strategy for business development across various stages of organizations – Start-up, Growth & Maturity.
In his last stint, he has been associated with a Technology Integration Services company as Vice President – Sales. Prior to that he was associated with AGC Networks (2009 -2014) heading the data practice. Bhavin was instrumental in building strong & sustainable business with many accolades like Thought Leader of the year, Best BU Sales Team at AGC, APAC commercial partner of the year from Juniper and many more in each assignments.
In his 22 years of professional exposure, he has exposure of working with global organisations like Wipro, IBM & Enterasys Networks in various roles.
Jagdish has over 23 years of professional experience in the Information Technology business domain ranging across Services support and Sales. Having spent over 17 years with Avaya Global Connect (AGC) in his earlier stint, most recently he was with Servion for 2 years.
In his role as the Vice President – Customer Support & Services, Jagdish’s focus is on Customer Retention, formulating new Services offerings to accelerate and augment customer’s business. He is known for the Customer Excellence model framework encompassing Services as a key business enabler.
With efficiency and effectiveness built in as a process for the client organization, Jagdish has customized services and solutions across verticals.
He has done his Engineering in ECE and holds a Diploma in Management, specializing in Financial Management.
Komal has over 30 years of professional experience. He has been with the Essar group in 2 stints, 2016-2018 and 2004-2012. In his last assignment with Rattan India Group, he was designated as President (Legal) and Group General Counsel. In his career span, he has worked with organizations like Gulf Petrochem Group in Dubai, Omzest Group in Oman, GVK Group both in India and Australia, Infrastructure Development Finance Company Limited (IDFC), Industrial Development Bank of India to name a few.
He received his Bachelor degree of Commerce and Bachelor degree of Law from the Madras University and has completed an intermediate course for Company Secretary. He has a proven ability to manage a large number and variety of mission-critical projects, working independently and often in challenging environments.
Subir brings with him 25+ years of experience in leadership, technical and business consulting role. His area of expertise are business development, product strategy and solutions engineering in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Customer Experience, Analytics and Digital Transformation solutions across multiple organizations. As Vice President & Head – UC & Digital Applications, Subir leads a team of technology / solution consultants in the areas of Unified Communications and Collaboration, Contact Center and Digital Applications. He has led new technology and business initiatives for organizations including launching new products and managing large solution architect teams. He has also played a significant role in the development of channel partnerships and forging alliances to address global market requirements. He has successfully consulted organizations around solutions that have helped them achieve business outcomes and enhance customer experience. He has been associated with AGC since 2009 and in the last assignment was heading the Solutions team in USA. Subir has also worked with organizations like Lucent Technologies, Avaya and Wipro Networks primarily in the Contact Center, Self Service, Unified Communications, Networking and CRM domain. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering.
As a finance veteran, Sanjeev brings more than two decades of experience in handling Finance & Accounts, designing effective plans & strategies to achieve business objectives. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds expertise in the areas of Budgeting MIS and Fund Flow management. He had worked with organizations like Reliance, Indcap, Zenith Birla, Aditya Birla Minacs to name a few. He has been with Essar Group since 2014 and was designated CFO_ESME with Essar Steel in his last assignment.
In his role as the Finance Head for AGC India Business, Sanjeev manages Business Finance, Financial Analytics, Cash Flow Management, Taxation and Financial Audit & Operational Risk management.
Neelam is Vice President of Marketing at Black Box. As a leader of the marketing team, she promotes the company’s worldwide brand and communications. She is responsible for global marketing of the company’s Solutions Integration, Services, and Cyber Security businesses.
As a marketing leader, Neelam brings years of expertise in many aspects of corporate communications, deep international experience and perspective, and a passion for creating new paths and procedures to ensure quality and excellence. Neelam heads up a truly global marketing organization for Black Box, leveraging a strategic and creative team based everywhere from Mumbai to Pittsburgh to Tokyo. Neelam’s teams are dedicated to corporate branding, digital marketing, and creativity, including content, design, and strategy for all of Black Box’s messaging. The objective, no matter where team members are based, is to deliver results and outcomes that align with business objectives.
Neelam has more than 25 years of experience spanning ITeS (BPO), education, financial services and insurance, publishing (media), and technology. She has managed and launched brands including Aptech Limited (Arena Multimedia, Aptech Computer Education, ISP brand Tring Tring), Time Out Bengaluru, Time Out Delhi, and CYBER-i, among others.
A 16-year veteran of the Essar Group, Neelam has managed multiple portfolios and marketing functions. At AGC Networks, she lead the Marketing, Communications, and PR functions, including presence marketing covering events and business analyst outreach, as well as alliance marketing, and internal communications.
As publisher at Paprika Media, Neelam was instrumental in the launch and expansion of the global Time Out brand across various cities in India. She set up the contract publishing cell, the events and activation revenue streams, and was responsible to operationally scale and manage new business opportunities within publishing.
While at Aegis Limited, Neelam enabled marketing communications, brand strategy and architecture, and sales support for the technology, engineering services, and shared services business units.
Passionate about family and traveling to see the world (and friends & family), Neelam resides in Mumbai with her daughter and brother. She holds a post-graduate degree from the Sydenham Institute of Management Studies in India.
