Sanjeev Verma is the Executive Director of Black Box Limited (formerly AGC Networks Ltd). He is also the President and CEO of Black Box Corporation (100% subsidiary of Black Box Ltd) since its acquisition by Black Box Ltd in 2019.
As Executive Director, he is focused on leading the organization toward its vision to be the leading global IT solutions provider known and trusted for our customer-centric approach, commitment to customer success, and continuous innovation.
Sanjeev strongly believes in the philosophy of think globally (as our clients do) but act locally where our relationships exist. He is focused on Black Box’s philosophy of accelerating customer’s business through a relentless focus on nurturing Relationships, continuing to stay Relevant in the marketplace, and delivering Results aligned to the client organization.
Over his successful 12-plus year stint at Black Box, Sanjeev has served as CEO (Americas) & President of International Operations where he led the worldwide business and P&L (except India); was earlier the President & Executive Director responsible for overall P&L & growth strategies; and Executive Vice President of Global Sales & Business Operations where he was responsible for global sales & business operations and instrumental in building the company's global expansion strategies.
Sanjeev is a seasoned technology veteran with more than two decades of extensive global experience in the Information Communications Technology (ICT) sector. He has a highly successful track record in the areas of business operations, sales & marketing, consulting, M&A and start-up operations. He is a visionary with a deep understanding of diverse global geographies and his resilient leadership has been a key contributor to the company’s success and global expansion.
Prior to joining Black Box, Sanjeev held management positions at Wipro, 3D Networks (acquired by Wipro in 2006) & Global Tele Systems both in the United States & internationally. He is based in Dallas, Texas.
Deepak Kumar Bansal joined Black Box in 2019 as part of the acquisition of Black Box by AGC Networks. As our Global Chief Financial Officer, Deepak is responsible for leading financial operations and strategic initiatives globally including fund raising, business control, and corporate governance. He is a seasoned finance executive and business enabler with over 23 years of extensive experience across various industry verticals. Deepak holds a Bachelor of Commerce with honors in Accounting, Business and Statistics, as well as Chartered Accountant (CA) and Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) designations.
Rick Gannon joined Black Box in 1998. Rick is responsible for leading the Company's largest business segment, the Global Solutions Integration business. In this role, Rick leads nearly 2,200 sales, deployment, service, and supply chain team members whose charter is to deliver leading digital solutions and services to our valued clients around the world.
Rick is a passionate leader with a long and successful tenure at Black Box. Before this role, Rick served as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Services and the Vice President of Operations for Commercial Services. His diverse career includes many national and regional roles with broad experience in sales, operations, services, and marketing.
Bikram Sahoo joined Black Box in 2019, as part of the acquisition of Black Box by AGC Networks. In his role, Bikram oversees all technical operations of the organization to ensure their alignment with the company's targeted growth. He directs the strategic focus for digital transformation while overseeing the security of data and network operations.
Bikram has over 20 years of experience. He has served as Vice President of Technology for several leading communication organizations as well as managed and consulted in Network Operation Centers. Bikram holds a Business Tech Degree from Mangalore University and a Graduate Finance Certificate from Southern Methodist University.
Mike Carney has been with the AGC Networks organization since 2012, founding its business in North America. Mike is responsible for the Company's overall transformation and optimization initiatives as well as planning and executing the Company's strategic direction with CEO Sanjeev Verma. Additionally, he leads the Company's legal, compliance and ethics functions and is the Secretary of Black Box Corporation. He is the Chief of Staff to the CEO and Executive Vice President for Strategy and Transformation at Black Box.
During his tenure with AGC, Mike oversaw the rise and major initiatives of AGC Networks from its inception to its acquisition of Black Box. He serves on a number of the boards of directors of the organization. Mike holds an MBA from Texas Christian University with an emphasis on investments and business law. He also holds a BA in economics and completed the Business Economics Program with a specialization in money and banking from The University of Texas at Austin. Mike is a CFA charter holder and member of the CFA Institute.
Todd joined Black Box in 2022 with a successful career in the technology industry, both in CEO roles as well as COO and other senior level positions. He brings with him a wealth of experience in leading startups, mid-market organizations, and large enterprise companies.
In his 30-plus years in the industry, Todd has worked for organizations like Dell, McDATA, ColdStor Data, and most recently as the CEO for Violin Systems. He joins Black Box with a deep knowledge in technology, proven successes in global leadership, and a record of delivering profitable business growth based on strategic objectives.
Todd holds an MBA from the University of St Thomas, Kotz School of Management, and a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Minnesota.
Mahua Mukherjee joined Black Box in 2019, as part of the acquisition of Black Box by AGC Networks. She is responsible for the strategic human resources function in India, APAC, and MEA.
Mahua has over 20 years of HR management experience, of which more than 10 years have been in a senior HR leadership role with a strategic, operational, and country-wide focus. She has been associated with multinational and large organizations such as Capgemini and Reliance Infocomm, an organization with a global presence across Europe, North America, Middle-East, and Asia Pacific regions.
Mahua's expertise includes HR strategy with competency and capabilities in building practices and retention programs and initiatives. She specializes in directing and leading the full spectrum of strategic and operational human resources activities and processes with a keen focus on business model pyramid, manpower planning, succession planning, and performance management. Mahua holds an MBA in Personnel Management and HR.
Khiro Mishra is the senior vice president and global head of cybersecurity business at Black Box Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for crafting the strategy and driving the execution to establish Black Box as a global leader in providing next generation cybersecurity solutions and services.
Prior to this, Khiro played multiple roles in the cybersecurity business of NTT Group, ranked 55th in Fortune 500. As the CEO of NTT Security Americas, he laid the foundation to transform a legacy MSSP business to a next generation security services company. As the global head of strategic growth, Khiro planned and executed several organic and inorganic growth initiatives to accelerate NTT’s global security business.
Before his roles at NTT Group, Khiro incubated and served as the Managing Director of Security Services business at Dell Services with the global P&L responsibility. Additionally, as the global head of strategy and M&A, he was responsible for the growth planning and execution of the Infrastructure and Cloud Services business, a $2 billion revenue portfolio of Dell Services.
Prior to Dell Services, Khiro worked with Wipro and performed management roles across Sales, Corporate Development, and P&L leadership during Wipro’s hyper-growth phase when its revenue grew from $1B to $6Bn within a span of just eight years.
With more than 20+ years of experience, Khiro has served in multiple senior leadership positions in global technology companies and has successfully executed several growth initiatives for global businesses.
Additionally, Khiro is actively involved in the cybersecurity start-up ecosystem as advisor and investor, and holds strong relationship equity across venture capitals, founders, and investment bankers.
Khiro has completed executive management program from Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and an MBA.
