Mike Carney has been with the Black Box organization since 2012, founding its business in North America. Mike is responsible for the Company's overall transformation and optimization initiatives as well as planning and executing the Company's strategic direction with CEO Sanjeev Verma. Additionally, he leads the Company's legal, compliance and ethics functions and is the Secretary of Black Box Corporation. He is the Chief of Staff to the CEO and Executive Vice President for Strategy and Transformation at Black Box.

During his tenure with Black Box, Mike oversaw the rise and major initiatives of Black Box from its inception to its acquisition. He serves on a number of the boards of directors of the organization. Mike holds an MBA from Texas Christian University with an emphasis on investments and business law. He also holds a BA in economics and completed the Business Economics Program with a specialization in money and banking from The University of Texas at Austin. Mike is a CFA charter holder and member of the CFA Institute.
