Q: What kind of warranties does Black Box Network Services offer?
A: The Double Diamond™ Warranty is our warranty that protects your Black Box® brand products.* Some products, such as copper cables, manual switches, cabinets, and racks, are guaranteed for life! During the warranty period, Black Box Network Services will repair or replace your damaged equipment.
You can also extend your warranty or protect a previously purchased Black Box brand product. We offer an additional one year warranty or an additional three year warranty on most products. For details, talk to Black Box.

Q: How do I return my product?
A: All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Talk to a Customer Service Representative to obtain an RA number. Some products may not be returnable for credit.
Q: What do I do if I received the wrong product or a product is missing from my shipment?
A: All discrepancies in shipments must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment. To report a discrepancy, talk to a Customer Service Representative.
Q: Do you repair your products?
A: Yes. Our warranty commitment is backed by our guarantee to repair or replace Black Box® brand warranty items.
