Black Box equipment is sold in Poland by dealers. The dealer acts as the importer of the equipment into Poland. Thus the dealer has the legal responsibility to:

• Register as the WEEE producer in Poland
• Finance arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Black Box equipment that the dealer sells in Poland
