Q: What kind of warranties does Black Box Network Services offer?

A: The Double Diamond™ Warranty is our warranty that protects your Black Box® brand products* from accidental damage, including drops, water and power surges. Most products come with a one- or two-year warranty. Some products, such as copper cables, manual switches, cabinets, and racks, are guaranteed for life! During the warranty period, Black Box Network Services will repair or replace your damaged equipment within one week of receipt at NO CHARGE!**

You can also extend your warranty or protect a previously purchased Black Box brand product.  We offer an additional one year warranty or an additional three year warranty on most products.  For details, talk to Black Box.

Q: How do I return my product?

A: All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Talk to a Customer Service Representative to obtain an RA number. Some products may not be returnable for credit.

Q: What do I do if I received the wrong product or a product is missing from my shipment?

A: All discrepancies in shipments must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment. To report a discrepancy, talk to a Customer Service Representative.

Q: Do you repair your products?

A: Yes. Our warranty commitment is backed by our guarantee to repair or replace Black Box® brand warranty items within one week of receipt. Even if your product warranty has expired, Black Box Network Services can extend the life of your equpment with fast and reliable repair service. We guarantee parts and labor on repairs for 90 days.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: There is no restocking fee for Black Box® products returned in new condition (in the original package) within 45 days of the invoice date. Simply call Customer Service for a Return Authorization (RA) number, return your product in new condition and in the original package, and receive a full refund. Later returns and incomplete returns will incur a restocking fee. A Customer Service Representative will advise you of any applicable restocking fee. Sorry, no credit can be issued after 120 days.

Custom products and software are returnable for repair or warranty replacement only. For the return policy on non-Black Box® brand products, talk to a Customer Service Representative.
