This multiplatform model handles PC, Sun, Mac, and select UNIX machines (RS/6000™, DEC™ Alpha, HP9000™, etc.) all at the same time! You can mix all platforms in a single installation.
The ServSwitch Ultra is ideal for nearly every application - from simple office installations to large network server installations. It performs mouse conversion so you can mix PS/2, USB, and serial mice, as well as Mac and Sun mice. Plus, it is Flash-ROM upgradable, so it's virtually obsolescence-proof! Rackmount Kits (see "Related Products") make it easy to keep multiple switches neatly racked in your computer room. Don't worry about losing valuable rack space, each Mini chassis occupies only 1U (1.75"H) of space.
It's no secret that on-screen menus make operating your switch a lot easier. Switching between servers is much more convenient, you can even give your servers names that make sense to you.
