| Deal Registration Program |

Black Box rewards its Resellers for working to
get Black Box products specified for upcoming projects and product purchases.
Authorized Resellers can now "Register" projects in advance to ensure they get
our best partner pricing.
Requirements for Registration eligibility are:

State & Local government, Higher Ed and K-12 opportunities only

Minimum of $8,000 of Black Box products (at List Price)

Projects must be registered with Black Box prior to RFQ release
To register a project, fill out our Deal Registration Application and submit it to your Black Box
Account Manager. Once you are approved as the first to register a project,
Black Box will provide your special pricing for that project.
Now all your pre-sales engineering efforts will be rewarded! Contact Black Box
for any pre-sales technical support or marketing collateral you need to close
the deal!
