    • The ServView™ IV KVM console is the easiest and most efficient way ever for you to control your Sun® CPUs and servers. This rackmountable workstation comes in 1U and 2U versions. The 1U versions have a 17" TFT/LCD monitor; the 2U versions have a 19" TFT/LCD monitor. All models also have a keyboard and a glidepoint touchpad. The ServView IV is neat, compact, and takes up much less space than a standard keyboard, monitor, and mouse. Mount one at a comfortable working height for you. Slide it out to work; push it in when you’re done.

    View video at resolutions up to 1280 x 1024. Models with 19" monitors have both HD15 and DVI-D connectors for use with VGA video and digital equipment.

    The ServView IV is easy to control, too. Use the front-panel switches to set brightness and contrast, and to call up the on-screen display. Use that display to adjust all the monitor’s parameters.

    For easy operation, the ServView IV features a full-size, tactile keyboard with a separate numeric keypad for Sun servers. It also features a glidepoint touchpad.

    Outfit the KVT160A and KVT163A ServView IV units with an 8-port ServSwitch™ of your choice or opt for a ServView IV with an included ServSwitch (KVT160A–KITC, KVT160A-KITD, KVT163A-KITC, KVT163A-KITD). Use a ServSwitch to control multiple CPUs and servers. The result is a versatile system with multiuser capability and controlled access to servers.
