Black Box Re-Brands Norstan
Black Box Corporation (NASDAQ:BBOX) announced today that Norstan Communications, Inc. is now doing business as Black Box Network Services. This re-branding of the Norstan business is part of the integration plan resulting from acquisition of Norstan by Black Box.
“Black Box has a wonderful reputation in the marketplace and we are excited about the combination of the businesses including using the Black Box name and identity,” said Scott G. Christian, Vice President and General Manager. “By re-branding the organization, we can work more cohesively with our clients to deliver the highest quality products and services in the marketplace.”

The acquisition of Norstan by Black Box Corporation was completed on January 25, 2005.
