Black Box Honored By Aspect Software For Exceptional Performance



PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA, February 13, 2008 -- Black Box Corporation (NASDAQ: BBOX) announced today that Aspect Software, the world's largest company solely focused on contact center solutions, has honored Black Box with two awards for exceptional performance.


Black Box was given the Service Excellence award for the quantity and quality of technical resources it has dedicated to the Aspect Software product line, and for having the highest Partner response rate in North America when it comes to resolving customers' issues. In addition, Black Box received the Partner award for Embracing Emerging Technologies for its strong concentration on Aspect Software’s leading contact center solutions, Aspect® Unified IP™ and PerformanceEdge™.
