Black Box Corporation Announces Acquisition of B&C Telephone, Inc.
B&C Telephone, Inc. (B&C) represents approximately $18 million in historical voice services annual revenues
PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA, October 16, 2007 -- Black Box Corporation (NASDAQ:BBOX - News) today announced the acquisition of B&C Telephone, Inc. (B&C), a privately-held company based out of Spokane, WA. B&C has an active customer base which includes commercial, financial, healthcare and various government agency accounts. Annual historical revenues of B&C are approximately $18 million.
William L. Brouillet, former B&C owner, commented, "This is a great opportunity to provide our customers the industry's best voice, data and onsite services and hotline products. The synergy that is generated by joining with Black Box will enhance our commitment to excellence in providing the highest quality of customer service." Mr. Brouillet will report to Rick Gannon, Black Box Regional General Manager.

B&C has an excellent reputation for providing high quality voice and data services and is well positioned to enhance Black Box's voice and data services, and hotline products in the market."
This transaction is being accounted for as a purchase. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
