Black Box Announces New Technical Support Call Center Opened in Murfreesboro, TN

PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA, April 17, 2007 – Black Box Corporation (NASDAQ:BBOX) is pleased to announce the opening of its newest Technical Support Call Center in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, located 20 minutes southeast of Nashville. This new Call Center provides support for Black Box’s numerous Fortune 500 clients and extensive commercial and government client base.

This new Call Center will also handle Remote Monitoring for a wide variety of voice technology systems across the country, as well as Remote Technical Support and Project Management. The Call Center is designed to support 100+ agents simultaneously and is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to meet the variety of needs that any current or future client may require.
